Jens Blaffert studied law in Hamburg. He then started working for a commercial debt collection company as a team leader.
Jens Blaffert has been working as a lawyer for KSP Rechtsanwälte in Hamburg since 2010. As head of department for the energy and water sector, he and his team are responsible for the implementation of volume-based receivables management as well as for interdisciplinary legal and strategic advice to municipal utilities, energy suppliers and network operators at KSP. Jens Blaffert has been a certified network expert for distribution network operations since 2021.
In his spare time, he is passionate about classic cars and likes to mess around with them.

Oliver Eugenio
Oliver Eugenio is Head of Real Estate at the Hamburg law firm KSP Rechtsanwälte, which specialises in high volume debt collection.
He studied at the University of Hamburg and has been advising national and international clients on real estate-related issues with a focus on landlord and tenant law and real estate business law since 2012. He has held the title of specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law since 2019.
Before joining KSP, Oliver Eugenio gained valuable experience in various national and international real estate law firms. Most recently, he was head of the legal department at an international tech company. Since 2023, he has been responsible at KSP for the strategic and operational alignment of volume real estate matters in order to achieve optimal value creation for clients.
Away from work, he loves to relax by playing basketball or enjoying holidays with his family.

Dr. Tobias Röhnelt
Lawyer Dr Tobias Röhnelt is managing partner of the Hamburg law firm KSP Rechtsanwälte, which specialises in ("volume") debt collection.
He has been advising national and international media companies and insurers on all aspects of modern liquidity and risk management for almost 15 years.
Dr Tobias Röhnelt studied and obtained his doctorate at the Universities of Kiel and Munich. After working in an internationally active commercial law firm in Munich, he joined KSP in 2009 and was appointed managing partner in 2020. Since 2011, he has held the title of specialist lawyer for copyright and media law, and since 2019 he has also been a lecturer at the European Media and Business Academy (EMBA).
As a traveller and enthusiastic water sportsman, he finds relaxation and inspiration on the seven seas.

Dr. Andreas Seegers
Dr Andreas Seegers (41) is a managing partner at the Hamburg law firm KSP Kanzlei Dr. Seegers, Dr. Frankenheim Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which specialises in mass legal transactions.
After several positions in the USA and at a major international law firm, Dr Andreas Seegers joined KSP in 2012, became a partner in 2013 and was appointed managing director in 2015. In this role, he is responsible for developing new business areas in the area of scaling legal volume matters - with a focus on the mobility and real estate sectors. In addition, he advises national and international companies and groups from the e-commerce, payment and trade sectors on all aspects of modern liquidity and risk management.
Dr Andreas Seegers studied law at the universities of Bayreuth and Münster. He completed his doctorate at Bucerius Law School Hamburg.
In his spare time, he is a fanatic of fresh air and an enthusiastic endurance athlete and tennis player.
Matthias Zmuda

Matthias Zmuda
Matthias Zmuda has been Manager Business Development for the insurance and banking industry since 2021. In this function, he advises and develops solutions for clients for receivables management as well as for legal mass proceedings.
After studying law in Trier, he graduated as a financial advisor and can look back on a more than twenty years of sales experience in the banking and insurance industry. During this time, he acquired the title "Certified Specialist for Financial Consulting" while working. After his last professional station as Business Development Manager of a major French bank, he finally took over the sales responsibility for the insurance and banking sector at KSP.
Mr. Zmuda has been involved in social selling for several years and is known as a corporate influencer on LinkedIn, especially for his #Teewisheiten. If you don't already follow him there, you will find him either travelling through Scandinavia with a roof tent, playing the violin in an amateur orchestra or sailing on the Alster. Because of the latter passion, he is also involved as an organiser of the KSP company sports group sailing.
