01 Debt collections and
litigation

As a law firm, we offer the entire debt collection process – from out-of-court to court-based recovery, including litigation and enforcement – as a high-quality, one-stop legal service. Legal advice on matters relating to debt collection is also an integral part of our service.

02 Credit bureau reports

We submit so-called ‘negative reports’ to credit bureaux on behalf of telecoms companies.

03 Defence against claims for compensation

We defend against claims for compensation arising from potential breaches of the GDPR (Article 82 of the GDPR). Defending against claims for compensation arising, for example, from the unauthorised disclosure of data to a credit reference agency (SCHUFA, etc.) is increasingly becoming a focus of our legal practice.

04 Claims for damages
arising from damage to cables

We pursue claims for damages on behalf of our clients arising from damage to cables or fibre-optic cables caused by earthworks or wilful destruction.
