How to apply for a job with KSP
| Application tips | Your application should allow us to get a clear picture of your qualifications, interests and personality. Please pay attention, that you provide us with a complete documentation. This includes the cover letter, which describes your motivation and your qualification for the job in question, a most recent tabular curriculum vitae and all relevant certificates. Please send your application in a common file format (Word, PowerPoint), preferably by e-mail. |

Following a preliminary selection process we will give a feedback about the further procedure. If we would like to get more detailed information, we might call you directly. If your application was convincing, we coordinate a meeting or the date for a selection day. In some cases we arrange successive meetings, if several partners within our firm would like to get to know you personally. After the selection process you will receive a feedback about our decision as soon as possible. |

The aim of our selection process is to achieve the best possible congruence between your competencies and our job requirements. We are always glad if our decision is consistent with your own assessment. In this way we like to secure a longlasting and successful teamwork. Depending on the job requirements we employ different selection instruments. They include questionnaires (on knowledge and personality), individual talks with the human resources department and the future supervisor as well as a get-to-know practical duties and future colleagues. You may prepare for our selection process by trying to learn more about our company and about your own goals, strengths and personal areas of development. |
| Your start with KSP |
On joining KSP you will be welcomed by our human resources department. Afterwards our training team will introduce you to the systems and organisation of KSP. At your work place you will find a fully installed desk and helpful colleagues who accompany your initial practice and training on the job. You can actively contribute to a successful beginning by communicating openly with your colleagues, showing interest, appreciating the training support and actively asking for feedback from you colleagues. Very soon you will become part of our large KSP team and be wholly comfortable! |
