KSP is a modern law firm based in Hamburg, Germany. We are active in civil and commercial law, specialising in debt collection for all kinds of industries. It is our goal to minimise the number of defaults for your company so that you secure liquidity, gain planning reliability and may concentrate on the core of your business.
In addition we see to it that a debtor today may become a happy customer tomorrow. It is from this perspective that we look at each case of our clients. We know exactly how difficult it is to acquire new customers and how fast they are lost again. Therefore we do not only expect legal expertise from our more than 500 employees and 70 lawyers, but also a high level of diplomatic competence.
KSP's clients include national, international and globally active enterprises, but also small and medium size companies. Our services are primarily focussed on clients with medium and large volumes of defaulted accounts that set high demands with respect to performance, quality, service, respectability, flexibility and last but not least results.

| 1977 | Affiliation of RA Dr. Christian Seegers as partner, starting point of a sustainable focus on and expansion in debt collection. |
| 1985 | Entrance of RA Dr. Christoph Frankenheim as partner and first acquisition of an EDP unit, which is maintained and constantly developed by professional IT specialists. |
| 1994 | Relocation to a new office space at Neue Rabenstraße 5. |
| 1995 | Entrance of RA Dr. Ludwig Gehrke into the law firm. |
| 1999 | Affiliation of RA Dr. Ludwig Gehrke as partner and entrance of RA Dr. Oliver Gnielinski. |
| 2002 | KSP Salzburg and constant expansion. |
| 2003 | Affiliation of RA Dr. Oliver Gnielinski as partner. |
| 2004 | KSP now has more than 250 employees and debt collection becomes the core business of KSP. |
| 2008 | Acquisition of more national and international clients leads to further expansion: KSP has more than 500 employees. |
| 2009 | In time for the 50 year anniversary relocation to a new building designed especially for KSP at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 40, in the heart of Hamburg's city centre. |
| 2010 | KSP becomes a Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (Managing partners: Dr. Christian Seegers, Dr. Christoph Frankenheim, Dr. Ludwig Gehrke, Dr. Oliver Gnielinski). |
| 2011 | KSP is the No 1 among independent debt collection service providers focussing on judicial high-quality debt collection executed by lawyers. |
| 2012 | Affiliation of RA Dr. Florian Pagenkemper as further managing partner. |
